Young demonstrators threw rotten eggs at the soldiers.

Dozens of demonstrators tear gassed in the weekly march organized by the Popular Committee against the Wall in Bil'in. Demonstrators marched in support of the Palestinian prisoners, especially the prisoner Hana Shalabi, who is in her 30th day of hunger strike, and in commemoration of the death of Rachel Corrie nine years ago. The march included the people of Bil'in and Israeli and international peace activists.
Despite of bad weather, The march began after Friday prayers from the centre of the village and headed to the land which was liberated last June. Participants raised Palestinian flags and posters of prisoner Hana Shalabi; they chanted slogans calling for national unity, the departure of the occupation, destruction of the apartheid wall, for Palestinian to remain steadfast and to support Jerusalem. They also called for freedom for Palestinian prisoners.
Upon the arrival to Abu Lemon area, a few protesters were able to remove some of the barbed wire fence. Some young demonstrators threw rotten eggs at the soldiers. Then the soldiers who were situated behind the concrete wall shot a sound bomb, rubber bullets, and tear gas canisters toward the participants. There was also a truck shooting skunk water at the demonstrators.
On the other side of the concrete wall, under the army's protection, some settlers shouted obscenities against the participants in the march.
